Musician Grace Nakimera who has been quiet these days music wise is not all seated and lying down as things pass by her. Just like a number of her fellow stars she has taken to doing some charity on the side.
The Onfukula star who has been a little quiet musically recently says she has been working on some projects outside the music business and key among them is a special home she is building for albinos in Iganga district.
On why she chose Iganga to build the home, the pop artiste says this area has many albinos who are poor and can’t afford to care for themselves properly by buying the special products like lotions and medicines they need to live healthy normal lives.
As a result this home that she is building she says will be a place where albinos can meet, get advice from professionals, support each other as peers and also get the basic needs to help them live better lives.
