Kassiano Ezati wadri born on the 29th September 1957, in Aii-vu sub county in Arua district is a Ugandan Social worker and a politician
In 1981, Wadri graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Social Administration in 1981 all from Makerere University and in 2001, he got a Masters degree in Social Sector Planning and Management from the same University.
In 2003 Wadri graduated with an Associate degree in Democracy and Social Development at Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi.
In 2006, kassiano won the Terego county member of parliament seat on an FDC ticket with 27,664 votes a winning streak he carried on in 2011 with 23,863 votes.
Kassiano served in the 7th, 8th and 9th parliament as the opposition Chief whip and Chairperson Of the committee on Government Assurance and as a member Of the committee on Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries the Business committee Of parliament.
