The member of Parliament for Kabale Municipality Baryayanga Andrew Aja has advised his constituents not to vote according to political parties.
Baryayanga, an independent candidate is in Parliament for the second time on independent ticket.
According to him, voters should choose their LC1,LC2 and women councilors irrespective of their political parties.
Baryayanga said that some independent candidates can be hard working than those of NRM and FDC political parties among others.
His comments come in a period when the country is set to hold local Council elections and women councilors.
