Six young boxers have qualified after bloody punches to represent Uganda in Casablanca for the forth coming AFBC youth boxing championship.
From the trials that took place at the MTN arena Lugogo,Odoch Johnfesher 49kg. Musoke Rigan 52kg. Oneni Jafar 56kg. Mutyaba coline 60kg. Matovu ukasha 64kg. Mazzida Muhammad 69kg managed to beat their competitors to enable them qualify.
Odoch John Fresher one of those who qualified said that this is a good chance for him to showcase the talent in him at an international level.
“I believe that when I move I that ring, Uganda is assured of a medal” Noted odoch.
On this note he thanked the management of the new boxing fraternity under Mr Moses Muhangi for availing them with such a good. Opportunity.
In Morroco ,the championship is slated for 5th to 13 May 2018.
