The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Martin Okoth Ochola on Friday made new changes in the forces where he appointed Commissioner of Police Moses Kafeero as the new Kampala Metropolitan Police Commander replacing Commissioner of Police Frank Mwesigwa.
Kafeero has been the commandant of the Senior Staff College Bwebajja in Wakiso district.
Mwesigwa has been sent to head the Tourism police.
Mwesigwa has been in charge of the city police since July, 2016 when he was moved from the Police Training School Kabalye where he was commander.
Apparently, ACP Lawrence Nuwabiine replaces Kafeero as head of Police Senior Command and Staff College in Bwebajja.
