Hussein Lumumba Amin, a son to former Uganda president Gen. Idi Amin Dada has lashed out to Oxfam Executive Director Winnie Byanyima for her endless claim that Amin is the reason why she went to exile.
According to Lumumba, his father didn’t even know Byanyima thus wondering why she keeps on blaming Amin for her exile.
He says Byanyima is trying to run away from President Yoweri Museveni who is the real reason why she is out of the country since 2001.
Lumumba also decried Byanyima’s idea of hiding the fact that her mother was the first indigenous businesswoman in Mbarara town after Amin government gave her family a shop which was initially owned by departed Asians.
He says it was profits from this shop that Byanyima and siblings were raised and educated.
