Video: Shouldn’t the teacher battering this nursery toddler be brought to book?

A yet-to-be identified male teacher of Marto nursery school in Kamwokya, Kampala was today morning filmed brutally caning a nursery kid. A video which ran first on The Observer newspaper Facebook page, show the bully teachers, hitting the children several times. We are yet to know the circumstances under which led to the humiliating beatings. The child is seen pleading for forgiveness as his colleagues gather around to watch the show.
