Police prosecutor Catherine Tusemerirwe has today dropped the Rolex(chapati with fried eggs) charge against former Buyende DPC Muhammad Kirumira after Police Disciplinary Court failing to trace the accuser.
It was alleged that while still in charge of Nansana police, Kirumira forcefully ate a chapati without paying the hawker Ibrahim Bukenya whose phone is off now.
“I want to tell this court that Afande Kirumira is a bad person. He used to eat people’s things without paying. He also ate my rolex and he did not pay me. I was operating a chapatti stall at the time,” said Bukenya recently while appearing in the same court .
