Whenever he realizes that his ‘celebrity’ status is diminishing like vapour in the public eye, Kawempe North Councillor Muhammad Segirinya tries every mean to find a way to reinstate it.

On several occasions, Segirinya has been staging media stunts which have at least managed to capture some people’s attention.

Hill Water

From taking a mattress to parliament, to pretending as if his home is cordoned for no good reason and now the Lord Councillor claims he is so sick; hospitalized in one of the city hospitals.

Posting on Facebook, Segirinya informs his sympathizers that he is not feeling well.
