Winnie Byanyima,the Executive Director of Oxfam International also wife to main opposition figure Dr. Kizza Besigye has received an Honorary Doctorate from Canada’s Mt St Vincent’s University.
Byanyima tweeted, “Chancellor & Vice Chancellor of Mt St Vincent’s Univ, after a degree of DHumL was conferred on me.Humbling. #MSVUGrad,”
