Local leaders disclose names of serial criminals, call upon police to intervene

Yesterday, the OC Lugala ASP. Muzamiru Magumba met LC(local council) leaders of Lubya Parish.

The leaders presented a list of hardcore serial criminals that include Henry Kiyemba,Bbale Bomboka,Lukulwase, Lukenge among others.

The leaders argued that they waylay people during peak hours of traffic jam along the Bulange Northern Bypass Road.

“These criminals are believed to be born in the 9 villages that make up Lubya Parish,their parents known and have failed to tame their children”,narrated Chairman Byansi.

The leaders agreed to always write an accompanying letter that is to be presented to court about the conduct of some of these criminals in order to help in securing a longer sentence.
