Kasanda county Member of Parliament Simeo Nsubuga’s tormentor William Ntege popularly known as Kyuma Kya yesu was earlier today freed by Mubende Magistrate Court only to be re-arrested by police under unknown circumstances.
Kyuma kya yesu was arrested last month after physically attacking Nsubuga in front of the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi at his 24th coronation ceremony in Buwekula county in Mubende district.
He attacked Nsubuga because of his support for the lifting of the age limit.
