The Board is to consider the report from the Board Human Resource and Disciplinary Committee which received the answers to the allegations against Agaba and also interfaced with him.

The Meeting was to be held yesterday On Monday but the Board committee report was not yet ready.

According to our sources, the Board is under pressure from the Minister of ICT Frank Tumwebaze to fire Agaba. The Board is likely to fire him to save their Jobs as their tenure is ending in July next year.

Meanwhile, UBC is yet to pay the staff Salaries for the Months of June and July.

Agaba was suspended in June following Tumwebaze’s letter to Kaheru and Agaba to show cause why they should not be kicked out for not performing their functions.
