Josephine Maliza 25, a woman who was with former Uganda Cranes captain Geoffrey Massa in a car by the time of police shooting has finally spoken out.

Maliza who is nursing wounds after being shot during the incident, has given a contradictial statement to what Massa had earlier told police.

Hill Water

According to Maliza, Massa found her in Kireka near DFCU bank. From there they went for an outing in one of the bars in the area.

After having fun, Massa drove Maliza to Namboole; where he parked and they started conversing.

She told police that she had already met the ex-cranes star three times.

She further said during their conversation, two police officers came and parked a motorcycle infront their car with the main aim of soliciting money from Massa.

“Massa became suspicious that’s why he opted to drive off but one officer persisted to blocking his way, thus knocking the motorcycle, ” Maliza stated.

She further states that when Massa took off, officers started to fire bullets to them and by the end, she got shot near the buttocks.

She insists that the after being shot, the officers continued to undress her.

Apparently, Maliza is being admitted at Ggwaatiro Hospital.
