Uganda Police has deployed over 2000 police officers and crime preventers ahead of Today’s Kyadondo East parliamentary seat by- election.

Kampala Metropolitan Commander CP. Mwesigwa Frank has pledged a peaceful and calm election.

He has also advised the candidates and their supporters to follow electoral commission guidelines and desist from last minute errors in order to avoid any inconveniences.

Five candidates including singer Bobi Wine, FDC’s Apollo Kantinti, NRM’s Sebalu Sitenda among others are ready to interface in today’s election.
