All is not well for Uganda’s strongest opposition political party Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) after running bankrupt.
This biting issue was revealed by the party Secretary General Nandala Mafabi who said FDC as a party is facing a financial crisis citing that it no longer has money to run activities.
Mafabi blames some party members who sold ‘fake’ party cards last year to be the cause of the misfortune.
Apparently, the party is planning to start a campaign drive to raise funds to run the party’s activities.
“We are going to do fundraising campaigns to raise shs15 billion from members,” Mafabi stated.
