Museveni: Police should stop arresting people for idle and disorderly, youth are idle because they have no jobs

President Yoweri Museveni has told Police to stop arresting people because of idle and disorderly.

While delivering a State of Nation address today at Kampala Serena Hotel today, Museveni said this act of arresting people for idle and disorderly must stop.

He noted that people especially the youth are idle because they have no jobs.

“Police must stop arresting people for idle and disorderly, this must stop. The youth are idle because they have no jobs, why should you arrest them?” Museveni inquired.
