It is now loud and clear that in the present Uganda under the leadership of President Yoweri Museveni nothing is left for free.
For long many poor people have been relying on Mulago Hospital for free medication but now the chapter has been changed.
In the new development Mulago National Referral Hospital is going to cease offering free medical services starting next financial year.
The hospital officials fees will be regulated basing on the patient’s financial capability.
That is the country we are living in!!!!!!
