Kayihura reshuffles senior Traffic officers following angry Museveni’s comment

Following President Yoweri Museveni’s comment about Traffic officers to be the most corrupt, the police boss Gen. Kale Kayihura has made tremendous reshuffle in the rotten department.

Kayihura on Thursday reshuffled 44 regional and district police commanders.

The police boss first appointed Asan Kasingye on Wednesday as the new police spokesperson replacing slain AIGP Andrew Felix Kaweesi.

Early this week Museveni told journalists at his demonstration farm that “officers wearing white uniform” continue to engage in acts of bribery despite looking like angels.
