Justine Lumumba, the Secretary General of the National Resistance Movement has suffered.

The lady running a financially struggling party headquarters, tries her best to remain relevant but it seems her critics are not getting tired of undermining her efforts.

Hill Water

Now Justine, loves the light side of life. And over the weekend she went face painting at one of the many Indian pagan festivals, called Holi in Kamwokya.

After the day’s fun of smearing each other with paint, Lumumba posted selfies and photographs of her with paint all over her body.

When she shared them on social media, instead, she generated ridicule, with some critics accusing her of idleness.

It’s however understood that as
NRM Secretary General, Justine Kasule Lumumba urged Indians to take advantage of the prevailing peace and the political stability in Uganda to establish more investments in the country.

Lumumba was this Sunday presiding over the annual ‘HOLI’ celebrations organised by the Rajasthan Association in conjunction with the Indian Association in Uganda.

She said, “As government we have done our part by providing a conducive atmosphere for peace and provided the infrastructure which u must expedite for more investments in all sectors”, she reminded a mammoth congregation that turned up for the celebrations.

The Secretary General who looked impressed with the day’s exhibited culture, commended the government of India and the Indian community in Uganda for all the investments and the employment opportunities they are offering in Uganda’s economy.

The function was also attended the Indian High Commission to Uganda.
