Former Forum for Democratic Change(FDC) presidential candidate, Dr. Kizza Besigye got a disappointment of his life while in Netherlands when officials decided to shun away from the conference thus speaking to empty chairs.
Besigye was one of the politicians invited to an international conference aimed at addressing the political sphere around the world.
Uganda’s strongest figure who seemed less bothered just continued to deliver his speech.
The conference was held in Hague, Netherlands late last month.
