Alice Alaso, the Vice-President of the opposition Forum for
Democratic Change in charge of Eastern Uganda, has further hit
back at the party’s Secretary for Mobilization Ingrid Turinawe.

Turinawe, whose name was withdrawn as one of the two
FDC candidates for the race to represent Uganda in the East
African Legislative Assembly (EALA) claims that Alaso was
one of those behind her predicament.

But Alaso says the withdrawal of Turinawe’s name was a legitimate party decision.

Recently, Alaso attacked Ingrid accusing her of being an enemy to a section of Party members especially her. Alaso further revealed that Ingrid uses a fake facebook account to harshly attack her fellow colleagues.

EALA candidates have stepped up their campaigns among
the MPs as the date for election, February 28th, draws near.
