All responsible leaders would be discouraging youths from gambling and encourage them to engage in productive work.
Don’t tell that to the former leader of Opposition Ogenga Latigo. The MP is busy promoting the vice, never mind he had already bagged some cash allegedly won in the game.

Latigo who was paraded by Billion Lotto as a winner of sh6 million, praised the gambling company for its investment in the country.

Latigo, an MP from Pader district, is a famous farmer, who should be promoting agriculture among youth.

However on Wednesday morning, Latigo was busy promoting Billion Lotto on television, instead of telling the 70% of Ugandans under 30 years that morning hours are a time to engage in productive work.
