rutaro

By Watchdog reporter

National Resistance Movement youth leader Robert Rutaro loves to court controversy. With the debate of police brutality raging amidst court summons to IGP by court, now, Rutaro says he is going to court to block court from hearing the case.

Rutaro wrote today to his friends on social media, “Am filling a constitutional petition this afternoon to challenge the prosecution of IGP in the Magistrate court. We shall seek an interim order to stay all proceedings relating to the matter until the various applications are heard in the constitutional court. Those who wish to join me to show solidarity to our gallant officers in uniform, you’re welcome. We are filling the petition at exactly midday at the constitutional court. Please come all to show support to our police force! Welcome!”

However the majority of his friends were not amazed by the move. Below are their comments:

Fortune Edrine A big disappointment to the legal fraternity

Matovu Mulindwa Its very unfortunate that you were my guild president. …so embarrassing to have a human being like you on earth
