Rema’s new relationship is bound to be shorter than her name – Tamale Mirundi

Political analyst Tamale Mirundi has claimed that singer Rema Namakula is bound to fail in her latest relationship.

Over the weekend, Rema made it clear that she has dumped singer Eddy Kenzo after five years of cohabiting, and paraded a new man identified as Hamza Sebunya, a gynecologist at Mulago Hospital who she will officially introduce on November 14.

He is the same doctor who treated Rema during her antenatal.

But according to Mirundi, Rema is struggling to get married for nothing because that marriage will not work out.

During nbs’s ‘One on One with Tamale Mirundi’ show on Tuesday, Mirundi said that in just a short period, Rema will be dumped because musicians don’t make successful marriage partners, especially with men who are not in their same line of business.

“No one can marry a musician, they can’t get married because their bodies are for everyone to touch as they entertain fans. ‘Doctor’ won’t manage Rema and their relationship will not last long. The chemistry between a musician and doctor doesn’t exist,” he said.

Mirundi however claimed that Rema-Kenzo breakup scandal could also be a drama, just like Catherine Kusasiira and her husband Fred Sseruga did some time back.

But despite Rema throwing in the towel to this relationship, Kenzo noted that he still and will always love his baby mama.

“Rema I love you, and I remember telling you this in our last conversation two weeks back, and I have been telling you that from day one. And you know it’s not new to you. I have always said that I love you. I don’t know if you believe me or not but let me repeat it here, I love you that’s why you will always be family forever,” he posted on social media.

Several musicians like Maureen Nantume, Judith Babirye, Stecia Mayanja have tried out marriage, but their relationships have always failed to last long.
