Events promoter Balaam Barugahara has hit back at Bobi Wine’s personal friend and Blogger Ashburg Katto after holding a successful show on Easter Monday.
As Ashburg was complaining about how Police stopped their Kyarenga Extra concert that was meant to happen at Busaabala one Love Beach, Balaam rubbed his success in Ashburg’s face after receiving a big turn up for his ‘Easter Monday Kikomando Xtra’ that happened at Resort Beach Entebbe.
Recently Ashburg called upon the masses to boycott all shows and events organized by Balaam Marketing Group, claiming that him (Balaam) and Bebe Cool possibly have a hand in preventing Bobi Wine’s shows from happening.
This came after police stopped Bobi Wine’s Boxing Day music Fest from happening in 2018, and President Museveni financing Bebe Cool’s Kiwatule ‘Mutima Gwa Zaabu’ Concert.
According to Balaam, people chose him over Ashburg’s false accusations.
“Despite my younger brother Ashburg Katto calling for boycott of my concerts Ugandans have spoken, I will never hate you and I find room to forgive you and many others who hate people due to their ideological differences. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself,” Balaam stated.
This show featured many artistes such as Bebe Cool, Spice Diana, Hit Nature, among others and it was a complete success.
