List: Producers Behind the most trending songs of 2018

We love music. But half the time we only remember the artistes, forgetting that there are people behind the music we listen too. Audio Producers do a great job in making a particular song a success.
Here is a list of some audio producers who have blessed the entertainment industry this year.

Nessim ‘Pan Production’

Nessim Pan Production.
He is currently one of the biggest young producers not only in Uganda but in neighbouring countries as welW. with 2018 hit songs such as Chips Na Ketchup, Malaika, Bankuza, Biri Biri, Very well, No You No Life, Bera nange, Tune the Replay, Mummy YO, Pon MI, among others, Nessim is proving to be a big deal in audio production.
Nessim gained fame is 2015 while he was still working with Badi Music, and he is behind many successful stories of artistes like Apass, B2C, Ykee Benda among others. He has worked with many international stars like Koshens, The Ben, Cherry Na Nina, Patoranking, Harmonize among others.
The 25-year-old currently owns Shot Gun Studio, a Makindye based studio. Because of his famed brand, Nessim is one of the most expensive audio producers in Uganda.
Besides audio production, Nessim is also a song writer and has written songs like Still standing by Cindy, Bankuza by Chosen Becky among others, he has been Behind many songs like Gutamiiza, Owooma, Gamululu, Farmer, African Girl among others.

Eno Beats

Eno Beats
Enock Kisakye, alias Eno Beats rose into fame after producing a club banger Baala by Dax Kartel in 2015. Since then, Eno Beats polished his skills in audio production.
He runs his own audio production studio called Eno Beats Production and has been behind many successful songs like Katono by Bebe cool, Muwe By Sheeba, Sitani Tonkema by Fik Fameica, Rodney Y and Sheeba, Katono by Khalifa among others.
Eno is the brain behind Eddy Kenzo’s Roots album, and in 2017 he received a nomination in AFRIMA awards as the best Audio Producer in East Africa.

Artin Pro
The 23-year-old producer is mainly known to be behind Fik Fameica’s successful songs like Kutama, Byenyenya, Pistol, Property. However, he has also been behind other songs such as, Like you Deserve by B2C, Who is Who by Fefe Bussi, Nipe yote by Sheeba among other.
Artin is one of the youngest vibrant producers in Uganda, and he works with Jahlive Studio. He has also worked with international artistes like RayVanny from Tanzania, The Ben from Rwanda among others.

Sir Dan Magic

Sir Dan Magic
He is the producer behind the most talked about song of 2018 ‘Kyarenga’, but he has also been behind many other successful projects like Byakyuuka by B2C, Sugar Daddy by Irene Ntale, Tukigale by Carol Natongp and Eddy Yawe, Specioza by Bobi wine among others. Sir Dan Magic works with Dream Studio.

Kaysam Kumapeesa.
You can’t mention the top audio producers in Uganda and leave Kaysam out. He has worked with many successful artistes in Uganda like Rema, Kenzo, Bebe Cool and has been behind many successful songs like Ontagaza by B2C, Leilah by Topic Kasente, Born to Win by Fik Fameica, Hana by Jose Chameleon and Pallaso among others. He works with a Makindye based Switch Records.

Danz Kumapesa

Danz Ku Mapeesa
The Uganda entertainment industry will  miss this talented audio producer. Danz died on October 7, 2017 after he was clobbered by goons, which left him hospitalized at Nsambya Hospital for about three months before he died.
Before his death, Danz recorded several hit songs of 2018 like Omwoyo by Sheeba, Your Sweet by Rema, Mboozi Zamalwa by Bebe Cool and Sauti Sol, Nkubanja by Lydia Jazmine,  I love you and Kizungu zungu by Fille Mutoni.
The 23-year-old started audio production at Jahlive Studios in Makindye before joining J Power records in 2017.

Andre on the Beat.
He has been in the industry for over six years, but 2018 has been his year to shine. Popularly known as Daddy Andre, he gained fame as a talented audio producer and musician after his collabo with Lydia Jazmine dubbed You and Me, but he has also produced other projects for artistes like Spice Diana, King Saha, Fille and Irene Ntale.
Daddy Andre works with a Kamwokya-based Buddies Studio.

Weezy on the Beat
This has been The Weezy’s year to shine, with club bangers like Body by Rabadaba and Jody, Big bumper, Atakutya Gwentya by Mun G, Twazikoze Zaweze, Oh Nana by Ang3lina, among others.

Wani Producer:
Some of the biggest songs for this year were produced by the talented Producer Wani, also known as Beats Papa. He has produced songs for artistes such as Sheebah Karungi, Bebe Cool’s Ndiwuwo, A Pass’ album called African Yayo and so many other songs.

Side Soft
He is the Official producer triplets ghetto kids and Shammy K. Side Soft is also the CEO, Zivuga Group, he has had a great year musically having made so many good songs that ended up topping charts for different musicians like; Ntwale Ani by Fille and B2C, Muli munda by Spice Diana, among others, and he has worked with many dominate artistes in Uganda’s music industry.
