Late Ivan Semwanga’s Muyenga mansion up for sale

With less than three months since tycoon Ivan Semwanga’s demise, his family has put his Muyenga based mansion up for sale.

According to our sources, a section of Semwanga’s family members resolved to sell off some f his property as a solution of halting the unending disputes rotating around property.

After selling, family members are planning to share the money among themselves though some are still disagreeing with the move being taken.

They have contracted Mullin Properties Limited, a Land and property agency to sale off the mansion at a whopping $1 Million which is approximately shs36 Billion.

The property agency put up the mansion for sale on its website.
