Happiness is an inside job. You have to create your own sunshine. Instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers, create your own garden instead. When the whole place looks dark, create your own glow.
Try to be happy in all circumstances; smile when the situation wants to make you bitter. Be hopeful when all seems lost. I know that it is hard to smile, when the situation only makes you cry. Albeit, I have also come to realise that when you inject some positivity in your tough times, the pain subsides.
One of the most powerful tools you have with you on your body right now is your mind. When the enemy wants to destroy you,they first attack your mind.
They try to influence your thinking. They destroy your thinking first. Try to be a positive minded person. Be careful of how you think. Your thinking determines how you feel. And how you feel determines how you act.You become what you think.!!
