The highly anticipated second edition of Fish Festival is happening this Saturday at Uganda Museum.

The organizers have informed us that Ngamba Island restaurant will be giving revelers the best taste of islanders’ fish whereas Go Fish will give an opportunity to fish lovers to make select fish of their choice and prepare it for them at pocket friendly rates.

The Shark restaurant on the other hand will have in stock the Angara and Nang Nang fish from West Nile.

Over 100 fish types which include Nile Perch, Nsonzi, silver fish, lung fish, and catfish will be available at the event.

Besides buying and eating fish, there will be a lot of entertainment headlined by singer Maro.

Acccording to Betty Aliba, one of the organizers, the famous kibeero will be ready as early as 10am thus urging fish lovers to be at Uganda Museum gates as early as possible so that they get a chance to have a taste of it.

Ms. Aliba also reveals that the miraculous electric fish will be exhibited.

Meanwhile, the Emamba clan will also be there to talk about the fish cultures and why they don’t eat that particular fish not forgetting the slayqueens and kings who have already prepared themselves to attend the big fish event in the country.

The entry fee will be 10k only for adults and 5k for the young ones.
