Operation wealth Creation gives out seeds to farmers

Government through Operation wealth Creation program has given out 1500 bags of maize seeds to farmers in katabi, Entebbe today at katabi Municipal Council for this planting season.
The maize seeds we given out by Fred Genza the chairman of Operation Wealth Creation to the farmers and apologized for bringing the seeds a bit late.
“Many of you when you get these seeds instead of planting them you just consume them at home as food yet they are treated, which can cause sickness to you and your families.” Genza said.
He also warned farmers who get the seeds and use them as home consumption that the government is going to arrest them.
The government plans to encourage and assist farmers in this program of Operation Wealth Creation which is going to increase people’s income.
