The government of Uganda is going to improve agriculture business in Uganda through Malabo kick project.
Permanent Secretary of ?Ministry of Agriculture Animal Industry & Fisheries, Pius Wakabi Kasajja confirmed that the Malabo kick project is already in place.
This project is aiming at farmers who do commercial farming. This project therefore is going to help farmers increase agricultural research which in turn will help them know which crops to plant in which season and on which land ,which fertilizers to use, how and when.
It will further improve rural infrastructure like roads for easy transportation of crops going to markets and other regions. This is going to increase food security in Uganda and other African countries.
Kasajja added that improving agriculture commercially is Uganda’s dream and will bring a lot of money and benefit to the farmers as well as the government.
