The tournament acted as a qualifier for the Zone V championship that will take place in Algeria later on this year.

Namanda said that that the Ugandan boys and girls need enough playing time so that they can win favourably on the African Continent.

“Uganda getting a bronze proved to me that these young boys and girls can actually play better if they get enough tournaments.” Said Namanda.

Egypt managed to win Gold medals for both boys and girls teams which gave them a chance to qualify for the Zone V.
Kenya went away with Silver and Bronze was taken by Uganda.
