Of recent, posts on social media have been making around alleging that Isaac Katende famously known as Kasuku was fired from Dembe FM/Spark TV over misconduct.
However, we can authoritatively confirm that the controversial presenter was never fired and he is set to return on air tomorrow on Monday.
According to Kasuku, he decided to take a one month leave after the controversy which followed Mowzey Radio’s death.
Last month, ‘Sisimuka’ CEO Frank Gashumba started an online petition seeking 100,000 signatures to have Kasuku fired from Nation Media.
Gashumba was also joined by 88 musicians under their umbrella body Uganda Musicians Association to push for Kasuku’s firing.
He was being accused of disrespecting and utterances of vulgar, reckless words during his ‘Talk and Talk’ show that airs every Saturday morning on Dembe FM.
