Kampala Capital City Authority executive director Jennifer Musisi is known for her fashion sense. And it was not different when she appeared before Abdu Katuntu’s Cosase investigating allegations of impropriety in the sharing of Shs6 billion after an oil tax settlement in London.
As Jennifer entered the parliamentary committee room, many MPs were wowed by her fashion taste.
Dressed in pink, Jennifer exuded exceptional beauty and glamour, leading some male MPs to be soft on her.
And when she stood up to leave the committee, those with smartphones started taking her photographs from behind.
