We shall be delving into the state algorithm, well exercised by His Excellency President Museveni, in his long reign in Uganda ;

From the confluence of London School of Economics, welfare States if well harnessed, can induce state corporations, provided the modus operandi of labour productivity yields output per service in the market. Of course the ethos of this is very simple, Museveni has supervised the profitable construction of Presidential hubs in all regions across Uganda, where a minimum of 500 skilled youth enterprenuers graduate periodically, after a free training.These innovative young Turks are Uganda’s glorious future, in a world of common market for eastern and southern Africa.
