Greenhill Academy old students defend school against social media onslaught

The Greenhill Academy Old Students’ Association (GHOSA) has issued a statement fervidly disputing the wavering claims arising by way of social media, which suggest that the school’s teachers are passing on illicit unauthorized content to students.

GHOSA comprises of former students right from 1994 to the recently concluded P7, S4 and S6 candidates across both Kibuli and Buwaate campuses.

“We have had an extensive discussion with them to ascertain the claims in the social media posts. It is comforting to note that the allegations have been unanimously disproved,” says Jonathan Wynand Ssempa, the President of the association.

Ssempa added that the Silver Jubilee year, in which Greenhill Academy celebrated 25 years of extended horizons, has united the school with the vast number of old students, each of whom is grateful for the wholesome learning experience they received while at the school.

He further added that all old students are invited to the GHOSA AGM ’20, scheduled for Sunday 12th January, 2020, 1400hrs, at the Kibuli campus.
