Kisoro police has registered a murder case where a man was killed by group of three people by cutting after he allegedly refused to hand over their memory card.
It’s alleged that on Wednesday August 28, 2019 at the home of Balibutsya Godffrey in Kisoro district, the deceased identified as Fauster Byarugaba, male aged, 21 years, attacked his two brothers and sister in their father’s house.
They fought and the three hit Byarugaba with a hoe and cut him with a pang to death.
According to the Kigezi spokesperson Elly Maate, Suspects Gakuru Pius, male aged 16, reported himself to the area LC1 and is in police custody .others are Tumusime Benjamin, 18 and Chimanapaye Evelyn, female aged 16.
It’s alleged that the deceased Byarugaba attacked them demanding for his plier and they demanded for their memory card which he had confiscated before was killed.
The body was taken to Kisoro Hospital Mortuary for postmortem.
The case is registered at Kisoro police file number CRB 639/2019 as Investigations are on going.
