Evelyn Anite, the State Minister for Investment is on cloud nine after graduating with a Masters Degree in International Relations and Diplomacy on Saturday.

The Minister graduated from Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University, in the United States of America.

The minister enrolled on the Global Master of Arts Programme  in January, last year.

According to Daily Monitor, Anite’s course that cost $90,000 (Shs342 million) was footed by President Yoweri Museveni.

“It’s a one-year course fully-paid [for] by the President,” she said. It is unclear if the President is financed the study from personal resources or under State House-run scholarship programme.
