Jamaican reggae star Tarrus Riley is already in the country having arrived earlier on Wednesday in preparation for the Swangz Avenue 10th anniversary concert that is on at Lugogo cricket oval at the end of the week.
The reggae star jetted into the country with a crew of 12 people who include his live band instrumentalists, back ups, security and even a sound engineer who will be tuning his sound to ensure all goes well at the show.
Organisers of the show say this will be one of the best live concerts ever in the country and compared it to the UB40 concert that took Kampala by storm a couple of years back.
Tickets are on sale for the show that will feature another 25 Ugandan artistes all performing live alongside some of the finest instrumentalists in the country. Tickets are going for 30,000 shillings ordinary and 100,000 shillings vip at various outlets around town.
