Ever since Gen. Kale Kayihura was stripped off his duties as IGP, he has been off the radar but it seems Ugandans are not ready to let him enjoy his hibernation in peace.
Some Ugandan has now ‘leaked’ a photo of Gen Kayihura chewing what looks like roasted pork, sending tongues wagging on social media.
Kayihura had tried to keep a low profile and the last time he made a statement was last week when he was handing over office.
Apparently, we are yet to see more photos of Gen. Kayihura enjoying life as he awaits deployment.
