George Senkaba and Godfrey Lwesibawa were on target as Sc Villa Jogoo got the better of Bright Stars FC 2-0 in the Stanbic Uganda Cup on Tuesday afternoon at Mutessa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

The Jogoos raced into an early lead on 17 minutes by Senkaba before Lwesibawa doubled the score line 7 minutes later.

The result means that SC Villa have got the better of Bright Stars on two occasions this season (winning 1-0 in the League in Masaka and today’s victory).

The other meeting ended in a 1-1 draw last Saturday.

It was a bad day for Bright Stars FC in office as they also saw their star midfielder Moses Okot shown marching orders.
