Recently, the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) blasted the Uganda Police Traffic officers accusing them of being the main reason why there’s too much traffic jam in the city.
After the accusations, the aggrieved officers today resolved to vacate all the city roads and this has caused a never seen before massive traffic congestion in most city centre roads.
Apparently, traffic officers, want motorists to figure out whether there will be traffic order without them on the roads.
Citizens have taken on the duty to direct traffic.
