Minister Lokodo names Kampala, Jinja and Mbarara as top porn watching districts

A nine-member pornographic control committee which was recently appointed by Ethics and Integrity Minister Fr. Simon Lokodo has named Kampala, Jinja and Mbarara as the top watching districts according to survey.

Using top-end gadgets, the committee under the Ministry of integrity and Ethics carried out a countrywide survey and it showed that pornography is most watched districts of Kampala, Jinja and Mbarara.

The survey further shows that porn is most watched by people between age 17-50 years who are usually in relationships.

The committee states that the vice is common in urban areas due to faster internet speed, freedom and exciting activities within those areas.

Recently, Fr. Lokodo revealed that government will spend Shs2b each year to fight the immorality act in the country.
