Disgruntled Kampala City Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago has reported Uganda Police Force to Uganda Human Rights Commission (UHRC) for brutally manhandling him last week outside his home.
Lukwago was brutally arrested by police on Thursday last week during the age limit scuffle which put the whole nation at standstill.
On arrest, the lord Mayor cried like a baby and shortly after being released, Lukwago revealed that he screamed that way because police officers had squeezed his manhood.

“What pains me most is that I’ve been dehumanized, I’ve been a subject of ridicule. It pains me, it has gone deep into my heart. I was charged with unlawfully assembly outside my home and I was not given an opportunity to seek medical attention,” revealed Lukwago.
Meanwhile, the lord mayor also threatened to sue Police and he demands shs700 million as compensation for the damages caused.
