President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni was in Agago District where he also commissioned the newly constructed David Fagerlee Medical Centre in Adilang sub county, Agago district.
David Fagerlee, an American businessman from Minnesota constructed the medical facility to help the community access free quality health services.
The medical facility has been equipped with qualified health personnel and modern solar equipment.
Mr. Fagerlee gifted the hospital to Gulu Archdiocese. His link with the archdiocese was through the Vicar General Monsignor Matthew Odong who invited him in 2009 to witness the opening of Archbishop Flynn Secondary School in Pader district.
“Mr Fagarlee has supplemented government on its role to provide healthcare to citizens, and I thank him for that,”said Museveni.
