Kyadondo East Parliament elect Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu commonly known as Bobi Wine has arrived at Parliament ahead of his swearing in ceremony at the floor of parliament today.
Bobi Wine is expected to take an oath at 2pm and over 80 people including his team and family members will e allowed to watch the function at the balcony of the floor.
National Theatre is ready to take in some of Bobi Wine’s supporters to celebrate from its premises until the swearing in is done.
