Information reaching our desk indicates that Power supply in the whole Kyadondo East has been cut off as vote counting commences.
According to independent candidate Bobi Wine, the government has taken this step in order to rig votes without any hindrance.
He says he has also received information that boxes of pre-ticked ballot papers are being kept in Kasangati Resort Centre.
Bobi Wine wrote;
Power has been cut off in the whole of #KyadondoEast Constituency just a few minutes to the commencement of vote counting. I have also received information of boxes full of pre-ticked ballot papers in Kasangati Resort Centre that our opponents plan to smuggle into the tally center at Kasangati Saza so that they can announce their own results. I ask you to please stay vigilant and look out for all those irregularities. Those of you around,please watch closely and don’t be afraid to yell when you see them.
