A thief who shot dead a boda boda operator in Bukoto in the heart of Kampala, before speeding off with the bike, was arrested on the weekend by police.
Michael Kasigaire, the DPC Kiira Road and his men swung into action, apprehending the man.
The country watched the horrifying news of the shooting with an innocent boda boda man who was out in the morning to make ends meet.
Even if the armed robber had an option of sparing the life of the boda operator since he could force his way by scaring the boda rider, he chose to shoot his rider.
