Just days after President Paul Kagame’s government leaked nude photos belonging to 35 year old presidential aspirant Diane Shima Rwigara, some social media fanatics have come up with a photoshopped version of a photo portraying Kagame having a wonderful time with Rwigara.
The new photoshopped photo has taken over social media by storm and apparently its making rounds on the platforms.
Some people have perceived the photo as a sign of revenge against Kagame whom its alleged that he had a hand in leaking the nude photos of Rwigara.
It is said that Rwigara’s nudes were leaked in order to compromise her position of standing for presidency in the next Rwandan election.
